Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders unless a different price is shown at checkout.

Processing time

We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days after it is confirmed. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.

Discreet packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs, strikes, extreme weather or carrier disruptions. If your order is late, write to us and we will help you track it.

Wrong address or refused deliveries

Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the delivery was refused, or the carrier could not deliver it after several attempts, we may deduct the shipping and handling costs from any refund, up to 50% of the order value.
