60-day money-back guarantee, even if you have worn and washed the products.

Every Alumeva order is covered by the same guarantee, whatever product you buy. If you are not happy with your purchase, write to us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund you. You can wear the products, wash them and try them in real life before deciding. You do not need to send them back unused or with the tags on.

How to request a return or refund

1. Email us at info@alumeva.com within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, your full name and the reason for the return. If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, please add a photo.
3. We will reply with the return address and the next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as parcels sent to the sender address cannot be processed.

Return shipping

• Free for you if the product is defective, if we made a mistake with your order, or if you need a different size.
• In any other case, the cost of shipping the return is paid by the customer.

Size exchanges

If the size is not right, we will exchange it free of charge. Just email us with your order number and the size you need.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.
